1. Description of Service

Vamos provides booking, scheduling, and marketplace infrastructure connecting service businesses and consumers, including through the apps and AI assistants that book on a consumer's behalf.

2. Account Registration and Security

Users and merchants must provide truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for securing your login credentials, API keys, and session tokens.

3. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

Appointments booked through Vamos establish a service contract between the client and the business. Vamos does not process payments: any payment is made to the business directly. Cancellations and refunds are governed by each merchant's stated policy.

4. Apps and AI Assistants

Apps and AI assistants may book through the Vamos API or MCP server with their own API key, and only after the customer has explicitly agreed. A merchant may require its approval for some bookings. Automated access must stay within published rate limits.
